Buyer Consultation
I will go through the buying process step by step beforehand and explain the terms of the contracts, so you are always informed and know what to expect. I will listen to what you want in a home, what is most important to YOU so I can get you into the home of your dreams.
Seller Consultation
I will walk through your property with you, and let you know what I think you can skip, or what should be paid attention to before putting your house on the market to ensure you get the most money possible from the sale of your property. I'll present you with an Equity Position Report so you will see how much you would make from the sale of your property and go over how the selling process will work for your home. I take notes and email my suggestions on staging, and everything from paint choices to wall decor to you so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Equity Position Report
Real estate decisions can be difficult and complicated, which is why it’s crucial to take an informed approach. I will do an in depth analysis of the current market in your area to find what the list price should be. Then, I add in all the fees, taxes and debts against the property to give you the money you would make from the sale of your property.
Listing
I understand that putting your house on the market is an exciting and stressful time. I will help make it as seamless as possible. I offer FREE staging on all my listings to highlight all the best features of your home, and get it sold as fast as possible for the most amount of money. I listen to your needs, wants and wishes and help formulate a plan to get you there! I always make sure you are informed every step of the way and guide the transaction to a successful closing!
Buying a Property
